About
Hello, I'm Vignesh.
An engineering manager with over thirteen years of experience leading high-performing software teams. I take complex technical projects from first sketch to production, and I like the stretch in between: strategy, architecture, and the people doing the work.
Most of my work sits where finance meets software: lending, servicing, compliance, and the tools around them. I care about clear architecture and mentoring engineers who go on to lead their own teams.
